To be continue...

Earlier this year, I left my family, my Mexican food and all my friends to come to Spain and be part of En Vivo.  I will not lie, it has not been easy. I have missed and craved the food like never before and I have truly valued my family more with every passing day. I have lived at a distance from home during the death of one of the men I have loved most in my life, my grandfather, and those were some of the saddest days of my life.  And lately I have wondered if it was worth it.  Well, I can honestly say without a single doubt that, difficult as it has been, this year has been 100% worth it.

This year I´ve met wonderful people that I am thankful for, starting with my teammates, who have taught me so much and become my family.
Then there are also the wonderful people that I met at Celebration who make Globascope run in countries all around the world. Meeting these Globalscope team members from the other countries was amazing and I learned a lot through their council.  But above all, I have been able to see the love of God through all of you wonderful people, who have supported me financially and with your prayers so that I can serve here.

God has definitely been good!!

I have been able to see lives begin to change and to see lives experiencing the love of God.  Seeing those things lets me know that I am in the right place.

This last semester I had the blessing of being a co-leader of the core student leadership team aka the ¨Nucleo¨. I am so grateful for the lives of these guys and girls and I'm very excited about what I'm going to see in them this coming semester.

I was in charge of the band which was not a simple task since none of us are professionals. But the students gave it their very best and it honestly exceeded my expectations.

I have two roomies and co-workers who bring cheer to my heart every time I come home. I can see the love of God every day in them, thank you Lydia and Tamara.

Many people tell me that I am a blessing but I don´t know if they realize that all of this is a blessing for me.  This has changed my life in an incredible way.  God put me here to change my life, and that is certainly what is happening.

Once again, thanks to all of you for your support. I thank God that I was able to make the decision to stay in Spain for a while longer and continue to serve and to grow his kingdom in Salamanca.

I know it has not been the best year for many.  If we look at the news, we can see that is has been a very hard and difficult year in a lot of ways. Still, I could not be more grateful and confident that God is with me in this world.

Thank you so much for all the support and encouragement that you have
given me throughout all this time, and if you would like to support me even more,
here are a few ways.

One of the ways you can help is by deciding to support me financially (online, by check, or via PayPal)
Online:
simply clicking on the
following link: DONATE. A page will appear like this one, there’s a bit about
my story and a green button below my photo which says “Give”. On the ¨Give¨ page you can
decide if you want to make a monthly, or a one-time
donation (for this online giving you will need to use your credit card).

By Check:
Fill out your information on the back, tear off the bottom portion, and make check payable and mail to: CMF International, PO Box 501020 Indianapolis, IN 46250

my PayPal: karlaalejandreolivares@gmail.com

But above all, the greatest way you can support me is in prayer. I definitely need your prayers while I am still here in Salamanca.  Please pray for my team and for our students and for all the is ahead of us in the coming semester.
My email is karlaalejandreolivares@gmail.com
